Florida Hyundai dealer, Hyundai of St Augustine, announces new online scheduling opportunities for their Florida Hyundai service customers.
With the new program, customers can easily schedule maintenance, repair or service appointments at the click of a button.
Hyundai of St Augustine remains committed to offering the highest quality customer service. The introduction of the new online scheduling speaks to the dealer’s dedication to providing convenient service scheduling that revolve around the lifestyles and availabilities of their clients.
With the new online service scheduling, Florida Hyundai customers do not need to call in service requests or speak to a representative to make an appointment. Everything can be done online including scheduling a new appointment and changing and cancelling an existing appointment. The new program also provides price estimates for appointments that are scheduled.
According to Andrew DiFeo of Hyundai of St Augustine, as consumers spend more time online, it makes sense for the dealership to offer more conveniences online, such as the online service scheduling. “We want to be where our customers are when they need us,” says DiFeo, “if scheduling their service appointments online is more convenient for them, now they have the option to do that. Of course we are still happy to assist our customers in scheduling their appointments by phone.”
Schedule Hyundai service in the Jacksonville area. A confirmation email will be sent to the customer confirming their appointment.
